Hemera designs and manufactures high quality home, commercial, and hospitality lighting. Started by Vincent Dion, a graduate of industrial design, in 1992; it has continued to grow, develop and innovate. The original idea behind their lighting was to design and manufacture lighting that was a superior canadian product and could compete with rival European imports. The first light design, a wall sconce called Cassiopee (1991), was extremely popular and helped launch the company the following year. Their mission is to continue to create innovative products for discerning customers seeking exquisite decorative lighting.
