• A free upgrade from Standard Shipping to Expedited Shipping on your next order with LightForm (depending on your shipping destination within Canada, and other circumstances of the order, at our discretion)

Conditions and exceptions are simple:

• We can't compete with "one-time clearance" prices - sometimes a retailer will sell an item below cost just to make room in their warehouse. In such a case, they're usually offering a clearance price on the item they're not going to stock anymore - if it arrives broken, you might get a refund, but you're not likely to get a replacement. We stand by our merchandise, our customers and our sales process.


• For the purpose of "matching prices" we consider shipping, handling, currency conversion, or any other cost factors to be part of "the price"; not just the "sticker price" of the product.


• Prices change over time. After completing your purchase you have 10 days to find a cheaper price and let us know. Remember that prices can change for reasons as simple as the fluctuating value of foreign currencies.
